At private wine dinners held at exclusive restaurants, Karen conducts entertaining, memorable wine dinners, including extraordinary wines she personally chooses to accompany a multi-course menu created by the restaurant’s chef. Karen kicks off the evening with a short TED-like talk, then guides the guests through the wines over the course of the evening.
