Vintage Port—generally the most expensive style of Port—will last about a day or two if it’s old (15 years old or more). You might get a few more days leeway if it’s a younger Vintage Port. Vintage Ports are made only in exceptional years when Port producers “declare” a vintage. All of the grapes in the blend will come only from that vintage and from the very top vineyards the producer owns or has access to. Vintage Ports age beautifully for decades.
