Carbohydrates rule the table for Christmas. According to YouGov.com, the most popular food for the holiday table is roasted potatoes. Mashed potatoes came in a close second, followed by turkey, bread or dinner rolls, and stuffing. Regionality also plays a big part in seasonal favorites.
