Each week, I bring you one Wine to Know—a wine that stands out from the 50 to 100 or so wines I tasted in the previous few weeks. Featuring one wine per week was a conscious decision on my part. Maybe you read those newsletters and magazines that announce stuff like: “200 Sonoma Chardonnays Reviewed!” But in today’s world, it seems to me that what so many people really want is one great wine recommendation a week (not 200) from a trusted source.
