True, it’s not exactly $25 a bottle, but it comes from a stunning, biodynamically farmed vineyard that’s in the sight line of Screaming Eagle. Can’t get a better place pedigree than that. Our My Take this week is on a Sauvignon Blanc with electrolytes. (!) Welcome to the world of “Functional Wines.” Quizzards, the fun Wine Quiz this week will add a new word to your vocabulary. (Besides, who doesn’t want to get more sleep?). As August marches on, one of the Numbers this week fills me with dread. Eight of the ten?—my god. And yes, you should chill many reds.
